Judy Barnett, Operations Director, ADP
“At ADP, we continue to embrace the opportunities AI offers our business – and clients. We’re excited by the opportunities ahead. Critically, we see AI in its application as both a steady and practical evolution to the future of work; one that over time integrates into the way we work, rather than replacing the people who do the work. Locally, we’re already focused on embedding AI into our day-to-day operations in ways that drive efficiency, improve workflow, and support stronger client engagement.
“We’re also leveraging AI capabilities available through the platforms we already use—tools that help summarise client interactions, provide quick access to internal knowledge, and support our teams in responding to clients and partners more effectively. For example, our newly launched Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, ADP Lyric, harnesses best-in-class machine learning and AI to empower our teams and clients with the insights needed to make more confident decisions.
“These technologies are not about removing the human element—they’re about amplifying it. AI is at its best when it handles repetitive, data-driven tasks so that our people can focus on what they do best: applying empathy, judgement, and context to deliver outstanding service.”
Garry Valensizi, Vice President & General Manager APAC, Iron Mountain
“Efficiency and productivity are challenges that face many business leaders. With the advent of AI, many are looking for that simple solution that will bring their information together, automate processes and ensure that documents and content can work harder for companies. It’s this problem that Iron Mountain is solving with our own platform, InSight DXP (Digital Experience Platform).
“Through the power of AI, DXP has enabled us to bring physical and digital assets together seamlessly, so we can unlock the potential of our data in an accessible way; one that is secure and helps us drive business efficiencies. These AI tools have not only improved our internal processes but also provided our clients with enhanced visibility into their assets, enabling for quicker and more informed business decisions. This is especially important where regulatory changes are seeing businesses be more heavily scrutinised, calling for audit-ready compliance. But the ultimate savings we are seeing here is time – and time enables you to free up space so you can concentrate on more meaningful tasks and strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.”
Sharon Melamed, Managing Director, Matchboard
“Matchboard recently launched a GenerativeAI bot on our website (“Matchbot”). It queries hundreds of articles and white papers in our key focus areas of technology, outsourcing, consulting, contact centres and customer experience. Previously, users looking for information would use the search bar on the site, but it can be time-consuming to sift through search results to extract the desired information.
“AI has been a game-changer, with outcomes including:
- Faster experience for website visitors searching for key data
- Round the clock self-service capability
- Increased revenue
“We never anticipated Matchbot as being a revenue generator, so this particular outcome was a nice surprise. In the design of the bot, the user is prompted with a call to action link to our buyer questionnaires if they enter a trigger word. For example, if they ask a question about “outsourcing”, such as “how much does outsourcing to the Philippines cost?”, we answer their question then end with a link to a questionnaire where they can get a shortlist of Philippines outsourcing companies. These questionnaires are our core revenue engine, so the AI bot is a new way for us to drive users through this engine.”
Ryan Cox, Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Synechron
“AI is changing how we work – both visibly and behind the scenes. Whether you’re in banking, healthcare, project management, or any other sector, AI is already speeding things up. At Synechron, we’ve embraced the shift by developing our own solutions such as the Synechron Nexus AI Accelerators, Synechron Nexus Plus, and Synechron CyberAI – all built and tested in-house before rollout.
“From the Synechron Nexus AI Accelerators, which launched in January 2024, Synechron Nexus Chat sees over 8,000 active users and handles over 6,000 prompts each day. Synechron Unifai saves 350+ HR hours each month. Synechron Codifai and Synechron Verifai have boosted test coverage internally and from 3% to 55% at a leading U.S. bank. These tools are empowering our teams to become faster, more focused, and more connected.”
Sangeeta Mudnal, Chief Technology Officer at Glu
“A great way SMEs in the ecommerce space can revamp the way they work with AI is with Glu, the pioneering AI-powered platform. The platform is designed for ecommerce teams, social media managers and brands seeking to streamline content creation while maintaining brand consistency.
“By eliminating the need for multiple tools and complicated workflows, Glu doubles creative production efficiency and reduces software costs. Using cutting edge Generative AI, Glu eliminates creative bottlenecks by automating repetitive tasks, providing intelligent recommendations and simplifying the entire content production process from creation to publication.
“Glu also improves time-to-market for new products, increases engagement on secondary platforms, ensures better brand consistency, and allows creative teams to focus on strategic work that differentiates ecommerce SMEs in the competitive landscape.”
Jarom Chung, Vice President of Product at Lucid Software
“AI has introduced powerful new ways to streamline tasks and surface insights faster. But it’s not a silver bullet — especially when layered onto already fragmented tech stacks. With 42 per cent of workers already frustrated with the number of tools at their disposal, business leaders must prioritise standardisation and processes for integrating the new technology to truly unlock its benefits.
“True alignment isn’t just about setting direction, it’s about enabling teams to execute with confidence. When systems, processes, and people are connected, work becomes more intentional, and outcomes improve. We recently announced new purpose-built features which include automated agile transformation, cloud optimisation, and process solutions designed to accelerate work at scale. We also acquired airfocus, an AI-powered product management and roadmapping platform, adding structured prioritisation and execution capabilities to help teams navigate complexity and drive impact at scale.”
Jessica Whatman, Founder and CEO, AgentSync
“At AgentSync, AI has become part of how we run everything—from marketing and recruitment to daily admin. We’ve adopted tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, and SurferSEO to speed up content creation, improve clarity, and ensure consistency in our messaging. This shift has halved our content production time and boosted engagement across platforms.
“Our CRM (Zoho) also integrates AI for lead scoring, automated follow-ups, and predictive analytics. It’s helped us cut response times from hours to minutes and increased conversions by keeping communication timely and personal.
“One of our biggest wins has been training our Virtual Assistants to use AI too. They now create custom task lists using ChatGPT, summarise meetings with Fathom, and automate admin. This lets our clients get more done without hiring locally.
“We don’t just use AI—we embed it into our systems so our whole team works smarter, not harder. AI hasn’t replaced our people; it’s given them more time to focus on what actually moves the needle: growth, service, and results.
“We’ve found the sweet spot between automation and human connection. Our VAs bring the personal touch, while AI handles the repetitive work in the background. Together, they create a powerful, scalable solution for modern businesses.”
Alon Abraham, Co-Founder and Head of Strategy, TAG
“At TAG we’ve built our own internal GPT called Teddy. He’s been trained on hundreds of campaigns across industries and operates like a team member embedded in our workflow. Every client also gets their own custom version of Teddy, trained on their brand, tone and strategy.
“We use ChatGPT, but GPT-4o has been especially useful for quick high-quality image generation. We also lean on Gemini, which seamlessly integrates with our Google Workspace – Docs, Gmail and Drive – making our daily operations more efficient.
“For research, Perplexity consistently delivers faster and more reliable insights than traditional search engines. Claude helps us navigate longer-form strategy work. Motion keeps our calendars optimised and Granola automatically processes meeting notes – both saving us so much time.
“We’ve also started using WAN 2 AI, which allows us to turn static brand visuals into video content, unlocking new creative formats for campaigns.”
Dr Josephine Palermo, Director, Geared for Growth
“I’ve always been an early adopter of technology, and AI is no different. For me and my team, staying focused, energised, and aligned to our bigger goals is everything. I use Motion, an AI-powered scheduling tool, to help manage my day and prioritise what matters most—including time for play and rest. If it’s not in the diary, it doesn’t get done! Motion breaks down large tasks and allocates time based on deadlines. Its Project Templates feature lets me assign tasks to my team, track progress, and stay across milestones—keeping us focused without feeling overwhelmed.
“We’ve also integrated AI into our customer engagement and communication workflows, helping us respond faster and with more personalisation. The most exciting development? I’m now building custom AI chatbots! These bots can provide tailored responses, automate client interactions, and free up our time for higher-impact work.
“Watch this space—AI is changing the game for small and large businesses. I recently worked with a client who was able to triple his revenue by streamlining and automating processes in his business. If you’re curious about using bots to boost productivity, I’d love to chat.”
Hannah Maude, AI Educator & Digital Transformation Consultant, Fire Up Skills
“What AI has your organisation adopted recently that have revamped the way you work?
“AI transformation requires both mindset change and the appropriate tools. The foundation is AI literacy: understanding prompting, understanding risks, and familiarising yourself with using the tools.
“I work backwards when it comes to selecting AI tools for my business, and those I work with. What is taking us the most time? What would add the most value? Meeting efficiency, project management and deep research that informs business plans have recently been at the top of the list.
“Read AI has transformed my workflow by recording meetings and tracking project components. Its summaries help me monitor projects, stakeholder actions, and prepare for upcoming meetings.
“Notebook LM and Perplexity are also essential. I use Perplexity to explore industry dynamics and Notebook LM to analyse relevant reports, helping me tailor workshops to specific audiences and their challenges.
“Claude has become my co-pilot for synthesising insights and making recommendations. In an era where clear communication is paramount, Claude refines my written communication while Pi coaches me on verbal delivery. I often suggest people use these tools to practice and build confidence in communicating in different settings.”
Alfie Lagos, Direct and Founder, Lexlab
“At Lexlab, AI is built into our daily work. It’s not an experiment. It’s a tool that helps us work smarter. It doesn’t replace human insight, it supports it. We use secure, business-level custom GPT’s to help with everything from checking creative quality to ensuring ads comply with platform rules. They never see client data and operate in a closed environment. They’re especially helpful during campaign builds.
“Our proprietary platform, Lablogic, uses structured algorithms to make accurate media predictions. While the forecasting itself isn’t AI-driven, generative AI plays a role earlier in the process. It interprets client briefs, helps uncover strategic angles via brief interrogations, and adapts them into campaign plans. It’s also plugged into our ad platforms, allowing us to track real performance and pacing against these expectations.
“Gamma is another tool that delivers real value when building client presentations. With the right detailed guidance and setup, it builds polished decks in seconds working from detailed templates and utilising strict brand guidelines. Our team can spend more time solving problems and less time formatting slides.
“We’re not interested in novelty. We care about output. AI helps us make that better.”
Kane Lewis, Founder & Director, enablePR
“Despite what people may think about integrating AI into public relations, embracing it has actually been a game-changer for me – not just for efficiency, but for creativity and client impact. As a founder of a boutique PR agency- enablePR – authenticity and organic content is non-negotiable. However, AI tools help us to fine-tune our market research to craft strategies that truly connect with the right audiences. With AI in our toolkit, we’ve elevated how we operate.
“From media monitoring and content creation to campaign insights and reporting, AI helps us move faster and think smarter. It frees us up from repetitive admin and allows more room for the work that really matters: building relationships, shaping narratives, and delivering high-impact results.
“What’s most exciting is how AI enhances our instincts rather than replacing them. It’s not about cutting corners; it’s about sharpening our edge. For our clients, that means faster turnarounds, deeper insights, and more strategic outcomes.
“Innovation and storytelling go hand-in-hand, and AI is helping us tell even better stories.”
