No matter how beautiful or sophisticated their emails are not reaching the inbox.
Email communication is more important than ever and getting to the entrance tray is crucial for its success.
And reaching the inbox depends on the reputation of the sender of its email service provider (ESP) in bulk.
Not all ESPs are the same.
In simple terms, delivery capacity means the probability that their emails reach the entry trays of their subscribers. It is one of the reasons you choose to work with a ESP. We focus on achieving the highest delivery rate and the reputation of the possible sender to ensure that the emails of our clients reach their desired destinations.
What is a reputation for sender?
The reputation of a sender is how individual Internet service providers (ISP) qualify the ESPs in terms of how insurance are as sending. The reputation of a sender allows Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo and all other ISP email services know that her ESP is reliable, and that it is A-Ok to allow her emails to reach the entrance tray. It is a complex process that requires constant diligence and monitoring.
We cannot speak for each ESP in the market, but in Feedblitz, protecting our ability to deliver and reputation of the sender is our main principle. Without it, the emails you send are as useful as smoke signs in a storm.
How do ESCs receive electronic emails in the entrance tray?
Excellent delivery delivery requires a complex and continuous process to maintain. The reputation of the sender of a ESP is protected through an automated process system, monitoring and manual review that includes:
- Strict checks for all imports. Each email address added to our system is verified against known spam traps, black lists and honey pots. Questionable email addresses are marked by our system and stop importation.
*Curious fact: Our system also executes a plagiarism verification in the imported lists, this marks any set of email addresses imported in more than one account. The bought lists do not meet our standards.
- 24 -hour monitoring of all mail lists. Each mail list is verified if spam complaints, rebound rates and excessive songs. If the list does not meet the minimum standard, it is automatically suspended. This guarantees the health of mail lists in all customers of a ESP.
… Because a ESP is as healthy and of good reputation as its weakest list!
- Continuous adjustments for individual ISP. ISP are always adjusting their spam filters with very little notification. Accommodating for these changes requires a constant adjustment of internal email servers to meet these requirements.
- Preventing questionable emails being sent. Before a single mail campaign is scheduled or sent, Feedblitz executes a series of inure checks. The content does not contain features that could be marked as spam. This includes verifying common words, phrases and content style (multiple unnecessary page jumps, for example), which could make email trapped by the spam filter of an ISP.
Mark a potentially bad email and prevent it from being sent protects the reputation of all emails.
- Automatically remove the emails bounced. The sender’s reputation is reinforced by a ESP that frequently sends healthy mail lists by mail, creating a solid history with ISP. To maintain this reputation, the email addresses that bounce or return as little deliverables are automatically eliminated from their mail list.
You wouldn’t keep calling a door if you knew that no one was at home, right?
