How will this workshop be structured?
Authors of accepted submissions will be matched with an experienced mentor in their field. The mentor-mentee pairs will then agree on a mutually convenient time for a one-on-one virtual coaching session, which will take place between late November and early December 2025.
This flexible format is designed to provide individualized, insightful feedback while accommodating busy schedules and global time zones.
