The NFL draft is one of the biggest nights of the year for football fans and teams equally, since the commissioners prepare to improve their squads for the 2025 season.
I am a big NFL fan, and I have been since I lived in the United States in the early 20 years. That said, I have never paid much attention to the NFL draft, despite its importance.
This year, I decided to educate myself about the best perspectives beyond my favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles, and I have resorted to AI to try to help me understand where and when each university footballer will be selected.
I previously tried to predict the March crazy group using chatgpt, and guessed it, Chatgpt failed even though the Final Four Corrigen. This time, I have decided to face deep Chatgpt’s investigation against some competition in the form of a deep investigation of Gemini and Manus AI.
So, without further ado, this is what will predict that it will happen in the NFL 2025 draft.
What is the NFL draft? And how does it work?

If you are a NFL fan, they are very likely to accelerate how the NFL draft works. However, you may be interested in AI and want to know how exactly the research tools of AI can compile reports for the next events.
If you fall in that second category, here are the basic concepts. The NFL draft consists of seven rounds, each containing 32 selections. That is 257 total selections.
For this experiment, I have asked Chatgpt, Gemini and Manus to predict the first round, which consists of the 32 best players of the draft group this year.
During the NFL draft, there are often exchanges between equipment that can affect the draft. The teams will focus on different positions, so if one moves through trade, they can select a player other than the team that initially had that draft selection.
For justice, AI cannot determine which teams will trade during the first round, so I will take it into account when I compare the predictions with the results of real life in a few days.
What does AI think?
My message was simple: “Can you predict the first round of the NFL Draft 2025, which takes place on April 24, 2025?”
Gemini and Manus began to compile their investigation almost instantly, while Chatgpt required more information, such as what private analysts they prioritized and how he wanted the breakdown of their elections to be seen.
I decided to give ChatgPT as much freedom as possible, so it was a comparison as fair as possible with the other AI research models.
The three returned with an in -depth analysis, highlighting each of the first 32 selections and why each team is likely to select each player.
While Chatgpt and Gemini were able to make selections exclusively from this year’s draft class, Manus somehow managed to mix and add players from the Draft last year who currently play in the NFL to their selection process.
The predictions
In the list below, you will find the predictions of the NFL 2025 Draft. While it will notice some trends such as the three models selected by Cam Ward as the general selection of number 1, there is a lot of variety between the three predictions.
10 of the 32 manus selections already play in the NFL, which makes the predictions incorrect from the first moment.
Interestingly, Shedeur Sanders, one of this year’s most important names, can be found as high as the third in general in Chatgpt predictions and as low as 21 in Gemini. This will be one of the selections that are worth seeing, since based on where you have selected, it could affect how precise the final results are.

I will update this article after the draft of NFL 2025 and compare the results between the three AI models. With so much variability, can IA research tools approach? Are tuned to techradar to find out.
