Kye Mitchell, head of Ti Experis North America, said technological works are quickly changing as AI and data innovation grow. Roles as database architects and data scientists have increased by 1,069% and 215% year after year, respectively.
Automation is also remodeling, creating demand for automatic learning experts, Big Data and IA, and which requires new leadership roles in financial and legal industries, with an approach to ethical AI. “AI is redefining both the point of entry into technology and the evolution of existing roles,” Mitchell said. “For technology professionals willing to increase and adapt, this is an unprecedented moment of opportunity to help shape the workforce with tomorrow.”
While work publications for open technology positions fell from June to July, they still totaled more than 440,000 publications. “In an environment where uncertainty is the standard, the latest technological employment data is a welcome combination of some reasonably positive measures, and then, of course, some lagging measures,” said Tim Herbert, Research Director of Compia.
