Abstract
A new kind of fresh water crab, Kingsley Attenboroughi north. sp.From the district of Arajara, state of Ceará, Brazil, describes and illustrates. The new species differs from the congeners by having a short apical plaque in the first gonopod, with lobes directed above and proximally angular; Proximal lobe of the apical plate with semicircular protuberance conspicuous in mesial and sternal views; The marginal process stood out, mesially projecting in sternal view and sub -subchuadrato in mesial view; and the field of narrow apical spines, distally narrowing, with small concentrated spines proximally.
