Reorganization of phylogenetic genes and implications

Scorpions, a diverse group of arachnids consisting of more than 2,000 valid species, have received limited research attention in terms of their complete mitochondrial genomes (mitogenomas). To increase the frequency of taxonomic sampling of the species available for mythogenomous -based study, we rebuild the complete mythogenomas of five scorpions, Androctonus Amoreuxi (Audouin, 1826), Hottentotta Tamulus (Fabricius, 1798), Leiurus Quinquestriatus (Ehrenberg, 1828), Lichas Mucronatus (Fabricius, 1798), andTeruelio Flavopiceus (Kraepelin, 1900) Within the family Buthidae. These five mythogenomas had a typical circular structure, with total sizes that vary from 14,504 to 15,083 bp. The nucleotide composition analysis indicated that the sequences were biased towards A and T. Ka/ks relationships within 13 protein encoders (PCGS) were lower than 1, suggesting that they had been subject to the selection of purification in Buthidae. Our analysis provides additional evidence in this regard, in the scorpions, most of the mythogenomic rearrangements occurred in TRNAS. In addition, genes TRNA-ASP, TRNA-GRN and Ildito They were the critical reorganization points in this order. Phylogenetic analysis based on PCGS He supported taxonomic relationships in this taxon. Our results can provide useful information on the characteristics of the gene disposition of scorpion mythogenomas and lay the foundations for more studies on the family Buthidae.
