Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 have been updated to an UI 5.1.1, according to the South Korean smartphone manufacturer. These phones will receive updates that add support for some of the features introduced with the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 that were revealed last month. Samsung’s oldest folding phones will receive update in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, the previous models of Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Watch are also being updated to an UI 5.1.1 clock and a UI 5, respectively.

These updates will add features that debuted on the devices that were recently launched by the company in its Galaxy event unpacked last month.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will obtain improvements in the Flex mode with the UI 5.1.1 update of the company, such as the ability to hide or display the flex -way panel that allows users to take a screenshot, scrub through videos with more precision, use the screen as a touch panel, or have the mode of multiple wool in the headset. Users can also drag and release files from an application (such as the gallery) to another application after updating an IU 5.1.1 on recently folding phones and folding tablets such as the Galaxy Tab S8.
The owners of recent Samsung Galaxy Watch models will obtain an update to an UI 5 clock that will add support for the new sleep management and sleep training functions that were announced with the Galaxy Watch 6 series. The update will also add support for irregular heart rate notifications (IHRN), Customized Heart Frequency Areas Personalized. Galaxy Watch 5 Pro users can download GPX road files around their location, according to Samsung.
According to the company, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 of last year will be the first to receive the update of an UI 5.1.1 this month. It will extend to the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip in the coming weeks.
Similarly, the Galaxy Tab S8 series, the Galaxy Tab S7 series, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, Galaxy Tab A8, Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Galaxy Tab Active 3 and Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro will also obtain the update to an UI 5.1.1.
Samsung says that the Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic will be updated to a clock UI 5. Meanwhile, the oldest models of smart watches such as Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Galaxy Watch 3 will receive the update on a later date, according to the company.
