Fujifilm Microchannel acquires small -to -median commercial practices of DXC technology in Oceania in Oceania
Sydney, October 1, 2024 -Fujifilm Microchannel Services Pty Ltd (Fujifilm Microchannel), a provider of ERP and IT solutions in Oceania and a subsidiary of Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp. (Fujifilm Business Innovation) has acquired small to medium -sized practices (SMB) of the DXC technology in Oceania (Australia, New Zelea, New Zelea, New Zelea Fiji)*1.
The acquired SMB practices cover six solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sap Business One. The acquisition will strengthen sales and implementation of business of Oceania SMB of Fujifilm Microchannel while feeding continuous growth through the region.
SMB practices acquired from DXC technology in Oceania are multiple awards winners*2 The commercial solutions recognized in the region as leaders in ERP systems with a solid reputation and a history of providing innovative solutions to their clients.
It is expected that the Oceania IT market will expand, driven by strong growth in small and medium -sized companies and corporate divisions. This acquisition reinforces the ability of Fujifilm Microchannel to continue providing higher solutions and services, meet the growing market needs throughout the region and train customers on their digital transformation trip (DX).
