Owners of Apple’s iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max now have a new option when it comes time to purchase a battery case. Mophie has announced Juice Pack battery cases for new Apple models.
The iPhone Air version of the Juice Pack is perhaps the most notable given the relatively small battery that the thin and light model has.
The case comes with a 2400 mAh battery, which means it can offer around 60% more power to iPhone Air owners. The case is also 15mm thick, so it definitely adds noticeable bulk.
The iPhone 17 Pro version has a 3,000 mAh battery, while the larger iPhone 17 Pro Max case has a larger 3,600 mAh battery. Both claim to offer 50% extra battery life and are 19mm thick. Despite the extra battery and thickness, Mophie claims that all three cases weigh the same 98 grams.
All cases protect the iPhone, as you’d expect, and a raised lip also protects the screen. All cases offer direct USB-C charging and all cost the same $99.99. They’re all available to order right now, but fans of different colors will be disappointed: the Mophie Juice Pack is only available in black.
Boring color aside, these battery cases could be the answer for anyone who needs extra battery capacity on their iPhone.
